Terms of Service
1. Authority
By using the services, you confirm you can form a binding contract, will comply with applicable laws, and understand CleanWithZest's intellectual property protections.
2. Services
A. Our services generally. CleanWithZest provides services at quoted prices unless otherwise agreed in writing.
B. Cleaning supplies and equipment. We provide environmentally friendly supplies but do not include vacuums, conventional mops and buckets, step stools, toilet brushes, or specialty products such as bleach or wood cleaners. Running water is required.
C. Great Clean Guarantee. If you're not satisfied, request a free re-clean within 48 hours of completion, scheduled within 72 hours. Exclusions include items not on the checklist, free appointments, other re-cleans, non-standard conditions, post-construction cleans, and move-out cleans. There is no limit on free re-cleans, but excessive requests may void the guarantee for future services.
D. Safety. Our staff are employed, background-checked, insured, and trained. Customers must identify fragile items, secure valuables, contain pets, remove biohazards, follow safety protocols, avoid requesting that we move furniture, and ensure construction is complete before arrival. Non-compliance voids the guarantee.
E. Residential cancellation policy. A cancellation fee of $50 applies to appointments not cancelled by 3 PM the day before. Specialty cleans incur 50% of the quoted price as a cancellation fee.
F. Damages. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos and estimates. CleanWithZest reserves repair decisions and does not assume responsibility for severely worn caulking or grout.
G. Pricing and discounts. CleanWithZest may change pricing at any time. Existing bookings typically retain original pricing unless modified. Modifications void original pricing.
H. Refunds. Refunds are not typically offered. The Great Clean Guarantee is the primary remedy. Refund claims must be filed by phone within 48 hours with an explanation.
3. Solicitation of our cleaners
Hiring a CleanWithZest cleaner (current, or within 24 months) or offering side arrangements within 18 months after your last appointment incurs a $25,000 employment referral fee. Exchanging contact information for this purpose constitutes a breach.
4. Your account
You agree not to create multiple accounts or share passwords. Accounts with multiple violations may face permanent bans.
5. Electronic services and licenses
CleanWithZest grants a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use our branding without written permission.
6. Rights you grant us
You retain ownership of content you post but grant CleanWithZest a license to use it.
7. Privacy and security
CleanWithZest handles your information per its Privacy Policy. Report concerns by email or phone.
8. Modifying the services and termination
CleanWithZest may modify or terminate services at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided as is without warranties. CleanWithZest is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Dispute resolution and governing law
Claims arising from these terms are resolved through binding individual arbitration, except for small claims or intellectual property disputes, and must be brought on an individual and not a class basis. Texas law governs these terms, and claims are litigated exclusively in Texas.
11. Final terms
These terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior agreements. Unenforceable provisions are severed without affecting the remaining terms. You cannot transfer your rights without consent.
